Education – graduated from the Belgorod State University with a degree in Finance and Credit, qualified as an Economist (2006)

Academic degree – Candidate of Economic Sciences, specialty 08.00.05 Economics and management of the national economy (economics, organization and management of enterprises, industries, complexes - agro-industrial complex and agriculture). PhD thesis on "Development of Leasing of Agricultural Machinery in Agro-Industrial Production" was defended in the Dissertation Council at the State Scientific Institution Russian Research Institute for Organization of Production, Labor and Management in Agriculture, Moscow (2011)

Research interests: specialist in the field of agricultural economics, finance, money circulation and credit.

Main scientific results:

- forms and methods of state regulation of leasing in agro-industrial production have been investigated, based on the federal and regional mechanisms for stimulating leasing operations in agriculture, which are based on financing an increase in the authorized capital of federal and regional leasing companies;

- qualitative parameters of the choice of a source of financing for investments in fixed assets (leasing or credit) by an agricultural commodity producer have been summarized, an analysis of sources of financing for leasing has been given, taking into account the minimization of investment risks;

- an organizational and economic mechanism has been developed to stimulate the development of leasing to activate the processes of technological modernization in the agriculture of the region;

- a methodological approach to the calculation of subsidies for the increase in the cost of lease payments, which makes it possible to expand the availability of leasing as a financial instrument for low-profit and unprofitable farms has been proposed.

- author of over 130 publications (RISC Hirsch index: 6, Scopus Hirsch index: 1).
