Education – graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic with a degree in Banking (2013)

Position – Head of the Department of Banking and Insurance, Kyrgyz Economic University named after Musa Ryskulbekova (Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek).

Research interests: specialist in the field of strategic development of regions, competitiveness of economic development, interstate integration of the EAEU countries.

Main scientific results:

- directions for poverty reduction in the regional context and ways of improving the living standards of the population in the context of the economic crisis and falling incomes have been developed;

- the use of the cluster mechanism to overcome the inequality of regional development in the Kyrgyz Republic has been investigated;

- measures of state influence on the management of raw materials in the agricultural sector of the Kyrgyz Republic have been developed.

Scientific status:

- author of various publications devoted to issues of economic development, problems of regional inequality and mechanisms of economic cooperation (RISC Hirsch index: 1);

- Advisor to the State Service for Regulation and Supervision of the Financial Market under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Honours and awards:

- laureate of the international award (personal scholarship) of Prof. Dr. Sureyya Hic, for the best scientific article (Tashkent, Uzbekistan, 2018).
