MODERN APPROACHES TO THE ANALYSIS OF EFFICIENCY OF PRODUCTION IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE
The successful organization of the production process to a large extent depends on the management system of the industrial enterprise, the development of management functions, timeliness and quality of decisions. The article considers the direction of improvement of one of the management functions – the analysis of the efficiency of production, which is one of the sources of information about the release and movement of products, sales volumes, income from the economic activities of an industrial enterprise. The theoretical bases of the production process, the economic efficiency of production, methodical methods of analysis, its economic essence, purpose in the management of the production process, methods and methods for analyzing the efficiency of production, identified problems with increasing efficiency and analyzed the indicators for the example of a manufacturing enterprise «Gamma» Public Joint-stock Company in Orel region. The directions of increasing the efficiency of the production activity of the enterprise are determined.
