Mechanisms for the development of credit relations of commercial banks with small
and medium-sized businesses
In modern conditions, one of the urgent tasks facing the domestic banking system is to increase the volume of lending to small and medium-sized businesses. This problem can be solved by expanding the list of loan offers, diverse in terms, interest rates and amounts. The article analyzes the dynamics of bank loans granted to small and medium-sized businesses, the change in the level of interest rates on loans. In addition, the leaders were identified in terms of the volume of loans issued to business entities over the past three years, the conditions and types of loans for small and medium-sized businesses of leading domestic banks were studied, their loan portfolios were analyzed, taking into account the share of overdue debts. Particular attention in the article is paid to solving problems associated with the development of bank lending to small and medium-sized businesses in Russia, as well as substantiating measures to improve the efficiency of the lending system in this segment of the economy and the results of their introduction.
