The article substantiates the need of development of methods of regulation of economic processes in the conditions of realization of a socially-efficient, cost-conscious, and cost-effective planned-market economy model. In the process, we studied the main features of the functioning of market planning and pricing models of the economy, wages, land evaluation, taxation. Besides, we studied the methods to improve production efficiency and reduce inflationary pressures. The article also considers the impact of inflation on the income of the population and the main factors affecting the level of remuneration. The results of the study can be used in the implementation of elements of the plan-market economic model in practice.
