The article is dedicated to the methodology of determination of efficiency in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) in commercial banks which is based on the systematic approach. It also provides a description of several rearrangements of loan underwriting. Furthermore, the article contains a sequence of actions which prioritize a profitability ratio of the process. In addition, there is an economic and mathematical model which proves the efficiency of decisions in BPR.
