The article examines the status of individual housing construction in Belgorod region (the share of private housing in the region, the dynamics of housing construction). The authors analyze the situation on the market of residential property in the region in dynamics and discuss the experience of Belgorod region in the field of private housing construction. Conclusions are made regarding the state policy aimed at stimulating low-rise construction in the region.
