The article compares the existing technologies for solid waste treatment. The analysis is based on the published same-name technical, economic and environmental indicators of the three most popular technologies for decontamination and disposal of solid waste. The choice of the preferred variant is carried out using the algorithm of normalization of heterogeneous quality indicators, developed for the case when the intervals of variation of these indicators are given.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Significance.
