The effectiveness of key indicators allows for a special study to further implement the strategy of organizations and enterprises. Using key performance indicators, identify the degree of human resources of the staff, increase the level of involvement and activity of each individual employee, improve activity in the technical, technological, and information environment and create strategies and goals for further development on the basis of this.

The analysis and highlighted the principles of formation of a system of key performance indicators. The authors concluded that the developed system also has a financial relationship management based on accounting KPIs that allows for a longer period of extensive accounting possibilities in the field of which financial analysis is enterprise methodologies.
