The article is devoted to the study of the results of the implementation of the principle of efficiency of procurement and the principle of competition in the Orel region. The authors analyzed the structure of budget savings and extra-budgetary sources of financing in the Orel region in 2018, studied the structure of sources of savings on the range of procurement products. The characteristics of the state of competition in determining the supplier (contractor, provider) based on the results of centralized procurement in the Orel region in 2018.
