The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the positions of the subjects of the Central Black Earth Macroregion in the monitoring of the presidential “May Decrees” implementation. The comparative analysis covers the following areas: the performance of long-term state economic policy; the interim results of implementation of state social policies; the results of implementation of state policy in the field of education and science; provision of Russian citizens with affordable and comfortable housing and improving the quality of housing and communal services.
