For the formation of the prospects of development of mortgage market are the level of demand for mortgage lending in the region, the dynamics of interest rates and term mortgage crediting of the population, measures of state support of the population to improve housing conditions and stimulate demand in the mortgage market.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses the features of mortgage lending in the Belgorod region, the level of housing affordability to the population of the region.
