The article discusses the development of innovative processes in Uzbekistan, the formation of the labor market and employment in the innovation period, the state of innovation in the country, as well as factors contributing to the development of the innovative environment associated with the use of the results of research and development. Particular attention and resources are given to the field of education and science, where innovative projects are adopted and implemented that create mechanisms that stimulate the development of international cooperation and affect the improvement of the quality of the workforce. Improving the quality of human capital is a leading factor determining the level of competitiveness of the country in the international arena and innovative development.
