All the problems of Russia&amp;#39;s state investment policy are divided into three blocks: national, sectoral, and regional. The outflow of direct and portfolio investments, the presence of sectoral and regional imbalances in investment, as well as the negative impact of institutional factors are noted as the most significant points.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The state investment policy of Russia at the present stage and the main issues of its implementation are analyzed in this article.
