The technolo-gy described in the article can be useful for both small and large businesses in the sector of banking, financial services, as well as in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, retail and IT-technologies. The author presents a description of RPA technology, the main problems of implementing RPA technology, risk classification and methods for assessing them. This technology is aimed at automating processes without changing existing applicationsand replacing them, as well as at reducing costs.
