The pmanagement of reproduction of fixed capital in the agricultural organizations is aimed at the balance and coordination of the three components: fixed capital formation, production use and renewal of its facilities in the new instruments of labor. The substantiation of the selected forms of management, risk assessment, the ratio of funding sources of planned activities and assessment of their effectiveness are also important. The total combination of these actions forms the policy of the fixed capital reproduction. The article covers the role of the management system in realization of the process of the fixed capital reproduction in agriculture. The authors offer an advanced organizational and economic mechanism of management of the fixed capital reproduction functioning on the basis of interaction of the control system levels (macro, meso, micro levels), commercial and noncommercial structures, financial institutions, agricultural enterprises and other economic subjects, and providing the purposeful nature of influences of the management system and promoting the increase of the fixed capital use efficiency and its reproduction rates.
