The paper discusses the difficulties and peculiarities of estimating the commercial potential level of scientific and technological activity results’ related, primarily, to the necessity of the qualitative and quantitative assessment criteria accounting at each stage of the commercialization project life cycle within a single model. The authors offer a method for calculating the integrated assessment, considering both quantitative and qualitative criteria for the level of commercial importance of scientific and technological activity results assessment within one model. This method is based on the system methodology of the hierarchy analysis.
