The rapidly changing geopolitical situation in the world has launched the process of transformation of the state&#39;s development strategy, forcing the Russian economy to adapt to modern conditions. Initial steps will be ineffective and long-term without the development of appropriate relevant mechanisms for the implementation of measures aimed at achieving the goal. One of these mechanisms is the full, targeted and timely financing of the event. Modern methods of redistribution of available financial resources have a significant impact on the timeliness of the implementation of the measures taken, and therefore, it is necessary to analyze the ongoing budgetary procedures, monitor their relevance and efficiency in budgeting practice.
