This fact is influenced by many conditions, including the uneven digital transformation of regions. We have identified three types of conditions that affect the level of spatial distribution of human capital in the region, while taking into account the factor of digital transformation. The paper presents the author&amp;#39;s methodological approach to grouping regions according to the indicators of the conditions of spatial distribution of human capital. According to the authors, based on the presented conditions and the system of their indicators, it is possible to assess the spatial distribution of human capital and assess the priority region. It is also possible to assess the negative and positive aspects that have a direct impact on the spatial distribution of the carriers of human capital in the region. The object of the study is the conditions of the human capital of the region in the conditions of digital transformation. The subject of scientific research is the process of assessing the formation and spatial development of the human capital of the region in the context of digital transformation. The purpose of this article is to analyze the possibility of assessing the main conditions that affect the level of spatial distribution of human capital. Determining the conditions affecting the spatial distribution of the human capital of the region and the corresponding system of indicators is the task of the study. Statement of the research problem: human capital, as the main productive force, as well as the level of its distribution, serves as a certain indicator that allows us to assess the socio-economic development of regions. It is the level of development and distribution of human capital that is the main criterion for such a parameter as the economic growth of the region. Human capital has a great impact on innovation and economic development of regions [Diebolt, C., Hippe, R.,2019]. However, the process of distribution of human capital carriers across the regions is rather heterogeneous. Moreover, this spatial distribution is subject to constant changes. At the same time, in modern economic conditions, the level of spatial distribution of human capital is influenced by various conditions, including the level of digital transformation of the region.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The evaluation of the parameters of the spatial distribution of the human capital of the regions shows its unevenness.
