However, modern environmental studies focus on certain aspects of land use and space organization. It is the opportunity to look at this topic comprehensively and that determines the main interest in this problem. In particular, the issue of the regional effect of the use of eco-oriented practices and the subject of subjectivity of some territories in connection with their climatic, soil and other specific conditions only add significance to this study from the point of view of theoretical conceptuality. The data was sampled in compliance with the maximum visibility of the results for the above parameters in three regions of the Central Federal District &amp;ndash; Kursk, Belgorod and Voronezh; which made it possible to reflect the existing dynamics of changes in the considered indicators and turned out to be the main criterion for their selection. The main information base of this study was thematic data for a three-year observation period in various aspects of nature management and environmental protection in the territories under consideration. We used the following research methods: analysis of the data presented, followed by synthetic synthesis of the results for a concise but comprehensive presentation of the conclusions, specification of the studied material by the most essential for this study features, inductive analysis to discover a general pattern based on private data on the subject matter under study. As a result of the conducted research, based on the identified prerequisites for the transition to eco-oriented economic models, the authors came to the conclusion that it is necessary to develop the main tools for implementing this transition to ecologization processes in various sectors of the production sector of the economy. The necessary measures aimed at solving the identified problems in order to transition to a green economy without taking away from the context of its social purpose are also proposed.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The context of the green economy encourages the revision of existing trends in land use as one of the foundations of the modern economic system.
