The market is dynamically changing, restructuring, adapting to new realities. It is impossible to maintain one&amp;#39;s positions in the former market due to changes in its boundaries, participants, and business conditions. Companies are forced to function and develop in a different kind of business space, providing themselves with a competitive advantage in the new market &amp;quot;field&amp;quot;. In this regard, there is a need to solve a scientific and practical problem of the formation of company management priorities that are relevant to the hyperdynamic conditions of the external environment. On the example of the development of the Russian market of consulting services in modern realities, the article attempts to form the priorities of company management. This is the main goal of the study, which included an analysis of the growth in revenue of the largest consulting companies and groups for 2018-2022, identified dynamically developing areas and areas of consulting, presented the largest consulting companies / groups in Russia at the present time, and also analyzed dynamics of the number of employees of the ten largest consulting companies in Russia for 2020-2022. As a result of the study, it was noted that consulting organizations themselves need competent specialists and consulting services, which indicates the development of such areas of consulting as strategic management, management consulting and organizational development in the context of companies&amp;#39; adaptation to modern economic conditions.
