On the basis of a systematic approach, the evolution of the development of organizational culture is considered, the scheme of its values in different countries is presented. The study of the definitions of the organizational culture of domestic and foreign scientists allowed us to define the concept of &amp;ldquo;culture of labor relations of an industrial enterprise&amp;rdquo;. To create the foundations of the culture of labor relations at industrial enterprises, its content elements, properties, principles and functions are considered. The study of methods and techniques for diagnosing the culture of labor relations allows to get a complete picture of the role and assessment of its significance in the structure of the enterprise.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is devoted to the theoretical and methodological aspects of studying the culture of labor relations, which is the foundation for the activities of industrial enterprises.
