Parks have become widespread and have a significant impact on the culture of the population, regional development, the economy, as well as on the dynamics of social processes. The potential of theme parks in the context of regional development was assessed. As criteria for evaluation, we used open data from statistical collections on the subject of the study through the application of the expert assessment method. Experts ranked by importance the indicators for assessing the potential of theme parks.
