E-commerce is one of the main types of modern commerce and an important sector of the economy. E-commerce is fully inherent in traditional business risks, however, it can be often characterized by specific risks generated by the technologies of e-business, organized through the use of computer and telecommunication equipment. However, there is a small amount of research devoted to minimize the risks in e-commerce. The relevance of the problems identified is the reason for the topic being chosen. The article describes the main processes and steps to minimize the risks, objectives and approaches for their implementation.
