Background: To date in the conditions of changeable environment of activity introduction of innovations comes forward the necessary condition of survival of domestic machine-building enterprises. The value of innovative development it is difficult to over-estimate because exactly it allows to provide the achievement of steady competitive edges and competitiveness of products both on internal and on foreign markets. In turn, the marked stipulates a forming necessity the machine-building enterprises of strategies of innovative development. Alms and Objectives: Research of basic types of strategies of innovative development of machine-building enterprises. Methods: System analysis, formalization. Results: On the basis of analysis of types of strategies of innovative development synergetics strategy that has an association of enterprises in the basis is distinguished in a separate type, first of all, their scientific potentials, that results in the acceleration of generation and practical application of innovations. Conclusions: Realization synergetics innovative strategies by combining effort of domestic machine-building enterprises will assist an achievement by them to the of long duration competitiveness and profitability.
