At the same time, the implementation process of organizational changes at enterprises is connected with the appearance of the personnel resistance to changes. The objective is to research and create a general classification of the reasons for the personnel resistance to implementation of organizational changes at enterprises. Methods: System analysis, formalization. The results include: there was developed a general classification which is the instrument for definition of the reasons for the personnel resistance to organizational changes and for choosing on this basis an optimal technology for their solving.
