The victory of communism is not equal to the victory over communism. Practically all liberal economists consider our reform in this way. In addition, the principles of economic development always derive from values and principles prevailing in the country. Russia as the Russian Eurasia has its own path and its own development model. The purpose of this article is to consider a model adequate for Russia, the development of the national economy.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The problem posed in the article is the following.
