Предметом исследования статьи являются современные и перспективные направления промышленной политики в регионах. Цель статьи – выявление значения и влияния промышленной политики в контексте обеспечения экономической безопасности территорий. Методологией исследования послужили принципы диалектической объективности, позитивный и нормативный подходы, методы индукции и дедукции, системный подход, экспертный метод, логический анализ. Результаты исследования: выявлены роль и необходимость промышленной политики для обеспечения экономической безопасности региона; сформирован комплекс показателей влияния промышленной политики на экономическую безопасность региона; обобщены данные научных работ экономистов в области промышленной политики и экономической безопасности региона, положения о необходимости государственного регулирования экономики с целью обеспечения экономического развития и безопасности, практические меры, приоритеты и принципы проведения промышленной политики на территории России; рассмотрены принципы и направления формирования промышленной политики региона, механизм ее реализации; выявлены приоритеты промышленного развития в регионах и оптимальный сценарий развития промышленности; разработаны направления достижения цели промышленной политики в контексте обеспечения экономической безопасности.
The subject of this research is the modern and promising directions of industrial policy in the regions. The article aims to reveal the role and impact of industrial policy in the context of economic security of territories. The methodology of the research is based on the principles of dialectical objectivity, positive and normative approaches, methods of induction and deduction, system approach, expert method, logical analysis. The results of the study: the role and necessity of industrial policy to ensure economic security of the region; the generated set of indicators of the impact of industrial policies on the economic security of the region; the authors summarize the scientific works of economists in the field of industrial policy and economic security of the region, regulations about the need for state regulation of the economy to ensure economic development and security, practical measures, priorities and principles for the implementation of industrial policy in Russia; the principles and directions of formation of industrial policy of region, the mechanism of its implementation; identified priorities of industrial development in the regions and the optimal scenario of development of the industry; developed directions for achieving the industrial policy objectives in the context of economic security.
