Доходы и расходы домашних хозяйств являются одним из наиболее значительных факторов, на основе которых формируется представление об уровне жизни населения в стране. Португалия является одной из наиболее бедных стран Западного мира, что привлекло наш интерес, так как результаты исследования можно в дальнейшем использовать для сравнительного анализа с аналогичными показателями в России. Исследование проводилось в период, начинающийся после сильного мирового кризиса конца 80-ых годов и заканчивающийся в наши дни перед вероятным новым мировым кризисом. Работа является одним из первых шагов более крупного исследования изменений в мировом хозяйстве и их воздействия на уровень жизни населения в различных странах мира, в том числе в России. Целью исследования является проведение анализа доходов домашних домохозяйств в Португалии за период с 1990 по 2020 гг., а также анализ расходов населения страны за примерно аналогичный период (1995-2019 гг.), как по статьям расходов, так и по основным географическим областям Португалии. Задачей исследования является выявления причин изменения структуры доходов и расходов населения. Исследование показало общий рост доходов населения и уровня жизни Португалии в анализируемом периоде, а также их влияние на структуру расходов граждан. В работе определено воздействие мировых политических и экономических процессов на динамику доходов и расходов и структуру расходов населения. Выявлена значительная разница в уровне жизни между столицей Португалии и регионами, что является общемировой тенденцией.
Household incomes and expenditures are one of the most significant factors on the basis of which the idea of the standard of living of the population in the country is formed. Portugal is one of the poorest countries in the Western world, which attracted our interest, since the results of the study can be further used for comparative analysis with similar indicators in Russia. The study was conducted during the period beginning after the strong global crisis of the late 1980s and ending today before a probable new global crisis. The work is one of the first steps in a larger study of changes in the world economy and their impact on the standard of living of the population in various countries of the world, including Russia. The purpose of the study is to analyze the income of households in Portugal for the period from 1990 to 2020, as well as the analysis of the expenditures of the countrys population for a similar period (1995-2019), both by item of expenditure and by the main geographical areas of Portugal. The objective of the study is to identify the causes of changes in the structure of income and expenditures of the population. The study showed a general increase in the income of the population and the standard of living in Portugal in the analyzed period, as well as their impact on the structure of citizens expenses. The paper defines the impact of global political and economic processes on the dynamics of income and expenditures and the structure of household expenditures. A significant difference in the standard of living between the capital of Portugal and the regions was revealed, which is a global trend.
