Предложено создание аналога Мировых финансовых центров на территории РФ ‒ Международного центра финансов, что обеспечит расширение международной торговли и увеличению международных потоков капитала, способствующих возрастанию потребности обслуживания операций международного капитала, позволит значительно увеличить экономический потенциал страны, ускорить ее развитие, упрочить геополитические позиции. В работе определены необходимые элементы международного финансового центра, стратегия управления поэтапным развитием, основные мероприятия поэтапного разрешения вопросов становления Международного центра финансов.
It was proposed to create an analogue of the World Financial Centres on the territory of the Russian Federation – the International Centre of Finance, which will ensure the expansion of international trade and increase international capital flows, contributing to the growing need to service international capital transactions, will significantly increase the economic potential of the country, accelerate its development, strengthen geopolitical positions. The paper defines the necessary elements of the international financial centre, the strategy of management of the stage-by-stage development, the main measures of stage-by-stage resolution of the issues of establishment of the International Centre of Finance.
