Education – graduated from the Belgorod Technological Academy of Building Materials with a degree in Economics and Management in Construction, qualified as an Engineer-Economist (1996)

Academic degree – Doctor of Economic Sciences, specialty 08.00.05 Economics and National Economy Management (by industries and spheres of activity, including: innovation management). Doctoral dissertation on “Methodological Aspects of the Formation of Mechanisms of Integration Interaction of Subjects in Regional Innovation Systems” was defended in the Dissertation Council at the St. Petersburg State University of Economics (2017)

Position – Head of the Department of Innovation Economics and Finance, Institute of Economics and Management, Belgorod State National Research University

Research interests:

- study of integration processes in an innovation economics;

- study of the crisis conditions impact on economic processes;

- socio-economic monitoring of the territorial entities development.

Main scientific results:

- theoretical provisions for the management of innovative activities in economic systems based on the study of scientific approaches to the definition of the internal mechanism of integration have been developed;

- a methodological approach to the formation of an innovation system management mechanism has been developed and implemented into practice at the regional level;

- a mechanism for choosing the optimal management model for the formation of an innovative system that most closely meets the principles of building and developing the domestic economy based on the classification of the main management models used in foreign countries has been developed;

- a methodology for predicting the integration activity of entities based on the use of indicators of the region's stock and personnel potential, which makes it possible to assess the effectiveness of creating a territorial scientific and industrial unit, to track the dynamics of real changes in the region has been developed and tested;

- a mechanism for improving institutional transformations in the context of the formation of regional innovation systems, based on strengthening the functions of institutional instruments, attracting investments in the scientific and industrial sector of the regional economy, promoting the development of international relations in the field of education and science has been developed;

- a methodology for improving the financial support of the innovation process has been developed, which is characterized by the use of a mixed institution of financing, which allows mobilizing additional financial resources, diversifying risks, reducing the project implementation period by increasing the interest of integrating entities;

- a methodological approach has been developed to assess the reliability of an integrated model of interaction between the subjects of the innovation process based on the use of the indicator of mutual interest of the coordinating subject and the executing entities (Kintg), which consists in a two-stage ranking of the initial set of objects, which the executors are, which makes it possible to determine the set of executors and their competencies, and contributes to a more accurate choice of the preferred option for the structural model of integration interaction;

- 3 candidates of economic sciences were trained under scientific supervision.

Scientific status:

- author of more than 100 publications (RISC Hirsch Index: 18, Scopus Hirsch Index: 3);

- expert-consultant on the state of markets and branches of the regional economy;

- member-expert of the working group on the development of the insurance market of the Belgorod region under the Department of Economic Development of the Belgorod Region

- member of the Coordination Council under the Governor of the Belgorod Region on improving the financial literacy of the population;

- Editor-in-chief of the “Research Result. Economic Research" Scientific Journal;

- member of the editorial board of the Economics of Sustainable Development Journal, “Belgorod State University Scientific bulletin. Economics” Journal;

- member of the Dissertation Council for defending Candidate and Doctor theses BelSU.08.01 at Belgorod State National Research University in scientific specialties 08.00.05 Economics and management of the national economy (by branches and spheres of activity, including regional economics, marketing), 08.00.13 Mathematical and instrumental methods of economics;
