Education – Gomel Cooperative Institute. Major: Economics and Management at the Enterprise (1996).

Academic degree – Candidate of Economic Sciences, specialty 08.00.05 Economics and Management of the National Economy (by industries and spheres of activity, including: management of innovations). PhD thesis on "Management of Innovative Activities of Enterprises in the Petrochemical Industry" defended in the Dissertation Council at the St. Petersburg State University of Economics (2016).

Position – Head of the Department of Financial Control, Analysis and Audit of the Belarusian State University.

Research interests: 

- research of macroeconomic processes in the economy;

- study of the impact of crisis conditions on the banking sector of the economy;

- research of processes of management of innovative transformations.

Main scientific results:

- a strategy for the development of innovative activities of enterprises in the petrochemical industry has been determined and principles for building a model of innovative development of an enterprise have been formulated;

- a model for managing effective innovative activities of petrochemical enterprises has been developed;

- a methodology for assessing the management of innovative activities of enterprises in the petrochemical industry, which allows calculating the data of the integral index of innovative development for subsequent management decisions in the formation of innovation policy of enterprises in the petrochemical industry has been developed.

Scientific status:

- author of more than 100 publications (RISC Hirsch index: 7);

- member of the research group on the development of small business in the Republic of Belarus;

- takes part in “Digitalization, Its Trends and Modern Development” funded scientific project (2020)

- member-expert of the working group on the development of the bank payment cards market in the Republic of Belarus.
