Main scientific results:

- main contradictions between the development goals of the global financial system and the means for achieving them have been identified; between the increasing complexity of financial strategies and instruments and the weakening governance and transparency of financial flows; between the development goals of global financial system entities and global cumulative integrated financial funds of complexly structured financial instruments, which have a complex impact on the functioning of the global capital market;

- model for assessing the impact of the contradictions of the global financial system on the global capital market has been developed using the dependence of foreign direct investment on transactions with financial assets, which makes it possible to identify a list of countries whose capital markets are more susceptible to the risk of financial market crises due to the contradictions of the global financial system;

- recommendations are presented for regulating the financial market by creating a currency union within the EAEU based on financial flows in the energy resource market as a key approach to adapting the EAEU to the contradictions of the global financial system;

- theoretical and institutional market model has been developed that, through the implementation of key financial technologies, can offset the effects of external restrictions, increase internal competition, and enhance investment attractiveness for partners from friendly countries.

- concept for using platform financial solutions to implement state structural policy has been developed.

- model of a national financial platform based on the principles of tokenization of real assets and production capacities has been developed.

- MOOC “How to Become an Investor” has been developed (Minutes of Commission Meeting No. 2168-K-1 dated January 29, 2025, to Order No. 1510-r dated October 3, 2025).

- An educational VR simulator (training device) “Financial VR City” has been developed (in accordance with Order No. 683-r dated April 14, 2025).
