THE METHODOLOGY OF DETERMINATION OF EFFICIENCY IN BUSINESS PROCESS REENGINEERING IN COMMERCIAL BANKS BASED ON THE SYSTEMATIC APPROACH
The article is dedicated to the methodology of determination of efficiency in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) in commercial banks which is based on the systematic approach. It also provides a description of several rearrangements of loan underwriting. Furthermore, the article contains a sequence of actions which prioritize a profitability ratio of the process. In addition, there is an economic and mathematical model which proves the efficiency of decisions in BPR.
