THE MARKET OF INDUSTRIAL AND WAREHOUSE FACILITIES IN VORONEZH: STRUCTURE, PRICE SETTING FACTORS, FEATURES OF THE OFFER
Significance. Administrative decisions in the real estate sphere have to be based on objective data on the current situation and the prospects of development of various segments of the market. Today, in Russia there is practically no system of monitoring of the industrial facilities market. In this regard, the research of the key indicators influencing the cost of objects is an important direction allowing to identify the degree of sensitivity of the cost of objects to various indicators.
Research methods. The article presents the results of comparison of classifications of production and warehouse buildings and premises and also the results of the analysis of the market of sale and rent of the studied real estate type on the example of the city of Voronezh. The major pricing factors and tendencies of development of this segment on regional real estate market are distinguished.
Result. Systematization of these indicators will allow to identify the criteria of investment development of the real estate market.
