THREATS AND RISKS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE HIGH-TECH SECTOR OF THE RUSSIAN ECONOMY (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE AIRCRAFT INDUSTRY)
The article is devoted to the problems of aviation industry development in Russia. At the moment, the state with a developed economy pays special attention to increasing investment in high-tech industries, allowing being at the forefront of the world economy. In this regard, in this article the author considers it appropriate to conduct a study of the development of the high-tech sector in the Russian Federation on the example of the aviation industry. The study analyzes the formation of technological structure as the main catalyst for economic development. The classification of high-tech sectors is presented. On the basis of statistical data, the analysis of the development of the aviation industry as a high-tech sector is carried out. The main threats and risks of development of civil and military sector of the aviation industry are revealed. Also, the author gives recommendations on solving the problems of the aviation industry.
