Investments in human capital in agriculture
The article deals with the problem of investment in human capital in agriculture. Particular attention is paid to the sectoral aspects of the distribution of investments in human capital, taking into account investments by agricultural producers in the results of scientific research in crop production and animal husbandry. The authors analyzed the dynamics of investments in human capital and fixed capital in agriculture, identified the share of investment in gross agricultural output and proposed the main directions, as well as the number of new innovative technologies acquired by organizations. The study revealed the amount of investment in human capital per 1,000 rubles of gross output, conclusions were made.
