PROJECT FINANCING AS A FORM OF THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION SUPPORT
Now there is a need of use of the new instruments of financing of agro-industrial production as the existing mechanisms of crediting and subsidizing of the interest rates seem insufficiently effective. The agriculture is characterized by the low profitability which is does not allow the producers to effectively use the borrowed funds as their cost during the last time grows the advancing rates. As a result of the bank credits use the financial condition of the agricultural enterprises worsens, in consequence of this there is a need to develop new financial instruments for simplification of access for the producers of agricultural production to financing. In this regard we offer the use of project financing mechanisms. Also we recommend improving a technique of the projects assessment with the purpose of implementation of the most effective financial support of agro-industrial production. The implementation of the specified offers will allow improving the mechanisms of the producers of agrarian production support.
