THE LEVEL OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY OF ENTERPRISES OF THE LUGANSK PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC AS A FACTOR INFLUENCING REGIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
Information on the analysis of the state of the industrial sector is the primary basis for forecasting the volume and time categories of the revival of Donbass, the industrial heart of Russia. The study of legislative and by-laws that regulate the procedure for carrying out measures to effectively resume the activities of some enterprises and the development of others. Realizing that the risks of operating in the frontline region are great, and realistically assessing their capabilities, enterprises systematically overcome all possible obstacles, develop and increase their production. Russia provides strong support to the region: organizationally, financially, and consultationally. The article analyzes the indicators of the socio-economic situation of the Lugansk People's Republic: the volume of industrial products sold, the production of basic livestock products, capital investments, the volume of construction work performed, the volume of retail turnover, the average number of full-time employees, the average monthly salary, the estimated population. The main criterion of the socio-economic development of the region is the economic potential, which includes: natural, industrial, labor and organizational potentials. It is proved that one of the important factors of the effective functioning of the industrial and economic complex of the region is the level of entrepreneurial activity. Assessment of the level of entrepreneurial activity of enterprises of the Lugansk People's Republic is a practical material for the state of the risk management system, a guide to action, the basis for achieving effective operation of the industrial sector, overcoming all possible risks, and improving the standard of living of the population.
