A MODEL OF THE MECHANISM FOR METHODOLOGICAL SUPPORT OF THE ANALYSIS OF MANAGEMENT OF NEW INDUSTRIALIZATION OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT
This article presents the characteristics and model of methodological support for analysing the management of new industrialisation in regional development. The study's relevance is determined by the need to adapt regional economies to the modern challenges associated with globalisation and technological change. The article aims to develop a model for the methodological support of management analysis of the new industrialisation of regional development. The paper considers the internal and external environmental factors in Russian regions, including the Orenburg region, that create unique conditions for their socio-ecological and economic development. It presents elements of a model for the methodological support of management analysis of the new industrialisation of regional development. This model includes stages and components that affect the effectiveness of managing the processes of new industrialisation, including strategic planning and resource assessment. The proposed model incorporates a systematic analytical approach that enables the integration of various methodological tools and assessment methods. The article considers the need for interaction between government agencies, businesses, and scientific institutions — the main factors in the successful implementation of industrial strategies at a regional level. The study's findings emphasise the importance of an integrated approach to providing methodological support for analysing the management of regional development in the context of new industrialisation. This will not only increase regional competitiveness, but also ensure sustainable socio-ecological and economic development in the new reality.
