NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND TRENDS IN MIGRATION
In the early XXI century, migration processes have reached a global scale, covering all continents of the world, social strata, groups in society, and various spheres of public life. In this article, the authors examine new developments and trends in international migration. The authors consider a new methodological approach based on the theory of synergy. The application of these scientific instruments will contribute to the construction of a migration policy that would comply with the realities of globalization and innovation economy.
