FUNDING OF THE EDUCATION SYSTEM OF KAZAKHSTAN (THE DYNAMICS OF EXPENDITURE ON EDUCATION: DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE)

Abstract

The article presents some information and analytical data on the dynamics of Kazakhstan’s state budget expenditures made on education system in the period of 2008-2014 years. The article provides the analyses of both the overall level of expenditures and their structure by the levels of education. The relevance of the conducted analysis is that the level of state involvement in education is considered as a basic form of state investment in the human capital of the country. The conclusions concerning the assessment of the state involvement degree on the basis of Eurasian Economic Union countries are of great interest.
