SUDYING THE DYSFUNCTION OF PERSONNEL UNITS IN THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF MODERN PRINT MEDIA

The paper describes a detailed study of two forms of dysfunction of personnel units of the management system. The study was conducted on the examples in the field of modern print media, where the competition is very high. The characteristic features of these phenomena, as well as possible negative phenomena of an organizational and economic nature, are studied in detail.
