INITIATIVES AIMED AT IMPROVING INTERSUBJECT INTERACTION BETWEEN GOVERNMENT BODIES AND THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY IN CONTROL OF BUDGET EXPENDITURES

This article examines the issue of improving inter-agency cooperation between government agencies and the business community regarding the distribution and effective use of budget funds. Current forms of partnership are examined, identifying the main challenges hindering constructive coordination of efforts. A set of initiatives aimed at eliminating identified imbalances, increasing the transparency and predictability of budget resource allocation and utilization procedures, and stimulating joint investment activity is presented. A conclusion is reached regarding the need to institutionalize cooperation mechanisms, expand communication channels, and implement digital services that facilitate information exchange and coordination between partners. The study's findings have practical implications for developing sustainable public-private partnerships and optimizing budget expenditures.
