Agglomeration association of industrial production
at the regional level

The development of regional management processes follows the trajectory of agglomeration transformations, since this direction allows not only to increase productivity in the territorial management system, but also to take into account the efficiency of municipal entities. Therefore, agglomeration implies a change in the way the territory is managed, while developing new contours for the development of municipal structures, which actualizes the chosen topic of work, being an important problem of the regional economy.

The purpose of this article is to conduct a structural and dynamic analysis of agglomeration associations of the Krasnodar territory, which allows to make constructive decisions when managing the region.

The tasks that had to be solved when conducting research on the effectiveness of agglomeration management were to develop a set of measures that would allow creating positive factors for the introduction of new technologies in management.

The methodology of the article is to identify the principal sequence of the process of forming agglomerations, which allows describing the management system of a municipality. The management system itself is considered as an object that is affected by digital technologies. The methodology also assumes the formalization of the system of main effects from the use of the agglomeration approach.

Conclusion. The development of complex measures adopted on the basis of structural and dynamic analysis provides a full cycle of territory management: from the formalization of basic concepts to the description of specific measures.
